Product owner for the next level of integration services.

Would you like to be part of developing the future of Integration Services within Danske Bank? To create the solutions of tomorrow you will be managing the development process from customer requirements to high-end digital solutions. You will work with some of the most interesting clients in each of Danske Bank’s countries, spanning from SME’s to true multinationals, which are both complex and advanced.

In this new set up we are looking for a Product Owner profile with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a passion for bringing opportunities to life. You have a can-do attitude and fuel the interaction between business and digital technology. You will work agilely with a dedicated team of IT and Business analysts, marketing specialists and legal advisors – in other words a professional team across the area of Danske Bank, mostly seated in Brabrand, Ejby and Niels Juels gade.

 

Product ownership – taking it to new levels in an agile set up:

Demands from customers and companies are on the rise all over the world – from the small trade customers to large enterprises, the competition to be first with the right solution is tough. Your primary tasks will be:

  • Shape the vision and translate customer needs and demands into excellent digital solutions.
  • Prioritize and align with stakeholders and customers on an ongoing basis. Status on duration, progress and how demands and expectations are met.
  • Establish use cases, scope the project and run an agile team from idea creation to product delivery, customer feedback and agile re-shaping.
  • Manage and support the services available towards customers and sales.
  • Have an ongoing dialogue with customers.
  • You have the curiosity and want to stay tuned on the changes within the financial sector, including customer needs, disruption and Fin Tech competition.

As a product owner you will have the overview (in a more commercial way) of the projects and the product managers will have the more specific details –together you are the best partner for the costumer and ensure the development.

 

Are you passionate about IT technology and business and have a can-do attitude:

You have a strong business acumen, a high level of IT knowledge and a commercial mind-set. It is a requirement that you have experience from either the financial sector, Fin Tech, IT companies or banking. You should be able to work with both treasury professionals in large corporate businesses, small business owners as well as IT professionals.

We assume that you have a master’s degree within business, finance or IT and are fluent in English. It is a must that you have experience with project organisations, preferably in agile ways of working, and have a high level of focus on creating customer value.

You should know how to think banking as a business and be able to understand what is involved in cash management implementations and what is needed in order to make customers banking processes as effective and seamless as possible.

Further, it is an advantage if you are familiar with ERP/TM systems and have an understanding of the different tools and services needed to integrate these to the bank in the most efficient matter seen from a business perspective.

As a person, you have a passion for development and product management. You are result-oriented and can both inspire and motivate people around you. You have great analytical and problem solving skills. You keep your head calm and make decisions when needed. Your work will require an extraordinary ability to understand customer needs and translate these needs into new solutions offered by Danske bank.

You will work out of Copenhagen in a dynamic environment with highly professional colleagues in Transaction Banking. Some travelling will be required.
