In terms of professional qualifications, Hartmanns’ consults include: social workers, social educators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and nurses. Others come from an academic background. Depending on the target group, we put together the best possible professional team to generate progress for candidates and help them on their way (back) to the labour market.

In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the labour market

Hartmanns are a consultancy company with many areas of expertise, in addition to our specific collaboration with job centres. That means we have particularly relevant, in-depth, up-to-the-minute knowledge of the labour market.

Each year we visit 6,000 companies, attend several job trade fairs and job-related networks, give lectures and presentations about the current and future labour market and serve as sounding boards for many companies in the context of staff planning – often referred to as strategic workforce planning. That means that both candidates and job centres encounter a partner with particularly in-depth, up-to-the-minute knowledge of the labour market and networks, a partner with a focus on ‘reality effects’.
