The above-mentioned  figure will be described with detail in a documented recruiting process, which will be explained through 31 steps. For every step the following will be mentioned: content, tools, IT, success factors, Internal Service Level Agreement, time spent and timetable. All of our consultants are trained and certified from the beginning of their employment as well as during their career.
