On one hand, our quality must meet expectations as an extension and trusted business partner of job centres; on the other hand, it must lead to meaning and progression for candidates.

We evaluate our work and efforts on an on-going basis. This is one of the ways, in which we gain knowledge and evolve in order to benefit both the job centres we work with and the candidates we meet.

If we are to help other people develop, we insist on developing ourselves.

Our joint success is assessed on the basis of:

  • The satisfaction of the candidates with the programmes, and the extent to which they feel better equipped for their future working life after their experience with Hartmanns.
  • The effects of our efforts in the form of jobs, temporary appointments, relevant wage subsidies and company internships, and clarification of the candidate’s next step.
  • The satisfaction of each job centre with our efforts, the effects of the programmes, the documentation work and the candidates’ experience of Hartmanns.
